In order to make your work easier, we have given below a step-by-step guideline on how to start the KYC processing with the prospective clients:

STEP 1:  Install on your Android Phone the link shared below:

STEP 2:  Add the number 9266660121 in your Whatsapp contact list

STEP 3:  Ping us with the message ADGIR KYC with your name

STEP4:  Your user Id and password would be shared in 24 hours on your whatsapp no. Login with the given user Id and password

STEP: 5 Now, you can access the list of customer names and their contact numbers.

STEP: 6 Start calling to the customers one by one, requesting for a convenient time to meet.

STEP: 7 Ask for Aadhar Card, Business Existence Proof (Shop Registration Certificate)  or Office Bill Proof, PAN Card, Customer Photo. Click the photos of all the documents received  , upload the documents of to the Mobile Application.

What to say to the customers when you call them?

For your convenience, we have also provided you with the script as given below:

I am KYC Manager from ADGIR

“Hi This Is ..........(Your Name), calling from Adgir Risk Management Co. (Smart Shop/Get my Trip/I cash). This call is regarding KYC Documents up-date and regularization. For this purpose, I have to visit you for collecting or uploading your documents online. Can you please let me know a convenient time of yours when I can visit you and get the work done?  I would also request you to kindly keep the documents ready with you like as your Pan Card/Aadhar Card/Business Registration Certificates or Business address Proof (Electricity/Telephone Bill). Thank you so much for cooperating with us”

COMMERCIALS

·         For a collection and uploading of documents (PAN CARD/Aadhaar Card with business registration certificate):  INR 75 per upload

·         Any single document collected like PAN Card or Aadhaar Card: INR 35 per upload

·         Reimbursement frequency – On every third day from the day of uploading
