Job Position : Business Development and Product Sales

Product : Smart Home automation - control and monitor your complete home with Mobile App from anywhere in the world

Job Responsibility: 

            - Customer acquisition (identify customers) and convert in confirmed order. 

            - Connecting customers via e-mail, phone and in-person

            - Explaining products to customer and benefits

            - Arranging and executing Demo for customer

           - Ensuring advance payment at confirmed order and full payment at time of installation.

           - Handle 1st level escalation from customer after installation (if any)

           - Attend weekly meeting at Aviconn office: Status reporting against targets, Open issues and action planning  

           -Alternate day phone call with Aviconn Mgmt for sync-up or on need basis



            - MBA Marketing an Sales or equivalent. 

            - Prior Sales experience preferred

            - Highly networked and socially active among high income groups

            - Excellent verbal and written communication 



          - Sales cut on confirmed order with advance payment.

          - Sales target shall be defined in slabs. Higher the order higher the cut.


Job Location: NCR

Total positions : 5 

Salary Details 

Fixed Salary 9000/- for minimum business of Rs 120k.

Sales beyond 120k and upto 4 lacs incentive of 10%

Sales above 4 lacs incentive is 12.5%

(computed on incremental sales)
