We are looking for a talented and competitive Business Development Representative with excellent sales personality skills that thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth in the geography allotted to them.
Broadly, candidate will be required to schedule meetings over call/Skype/ in person with schools/institutes/colleges Decision makers and convert them.
• Develop / identify new / relevant clients & increase customer base.
• Achieve Sales & Collection targets assigned on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Implementing new strategy to Develop, Retain & Grow shares with each client.
• Continuous competitor mapping by markets & categories.
• Build relationship with clients
• Ensure goals achieved on above mentioned channels.
• Regular sales reporting and updating CRM.
• In conjunction with Accounts ensure that the bills are sent on time and follow-up with the clients for the payments.
