Business Development Expert- Delhi/NCR/Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/ Hyderabad/Jaipur/Surat/ Ahmedabad



We are looking for a talented and competitive Business Development Representative with excellent sales personality skills that thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth in the geography allotted to them.

Broadly, candidate will be required to schedule meetings and meet with Business Owners/Decision makers of SME organizations (in the geographies allocated to them) and convert them for the BizApp Mobile App product.  Detailed Job description is as under:

Job Description– ‘Business Development Expert’

Strategic-

1.       Identifying and meeting with target clients.

2.       Facilitating strategic development of new markets/products/services

Technical-

1.       Developing in-depth understanding of the product

2.       Developing awareness about technical innovations happening in the industry

Operational-

1.       Managing client pipeline including creation of contact lists, sending proposals, following up to convert partners / clients

2.       Developing relationships to grow revenue with clients

3.       Managing after sales work with the operation team and client to execute the development

Remuneration & Allowances

Commission on Sales:

Based on Monthly billing (excl ST) commitment

%  Commission on Sales

Less than 1.5Lacs

10% of total billing (excl ST)

1.5 lacs - 3 Lacs

15% of total billing (excl ST)

3lacs - 5 Lacs

20% of total billing (excl ST)

5lacs+ Lacs

25% of total billing (excl ST)

Bonus

Rs 5000 on Min 3 New Closures (every month)

Fixed (incl allowance for Mobile &Local Travel) – Rs 2,000

Education & Experience –

Minimum Graduation with 1-3 years of experience in Business Development.
