Client Acquisition/Manager - Talent Management Co. (Flexi Job)
- We are looking for potential candidate(s) to help us grow our recruitment business by adding new clients in the domain of IT / ITES / KPO / Non-IT.
Flexible Work options can also be discussed (Full Time / Part Time / Freelancers / Work From Home).
- Propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Cold call, as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Forecast, Lead generation, commercials & agreement closure
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.
- Plan approaches and pitches.
- Should have customer focus and result oriented approach.
- Maximize the Client network in the Industry
Desired Candidate Profile
- Account Manager working with Talent Management companies will be most suited for this role.
- Looking for a Smart, Self Starter and Analytical Individual who can manage our Business Development and Client Servicing Portfolio.
- The candidate should possess excellent vocabulary and presentation skills
- Knack of Sales, with at least 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Passion towards Recruitment Industry is a key to excel for the candidate.
