Customer Support Executive
We are a renowned award winning e-learning company with leading online courses for individuals and for corporate clients.
We are recruiting experienced Customer Support executives (females) who can work Part-Time from home at any one of the following shifts.
Shift 1 – 1pm to 5pm
Shift 2 – 5pm to 9pm
Fixed 7,000 INR per month + bonus and incentives.
The candidates must have good English, Hindi communication skills. Speaking additional languages including Tamil, Kannada or any other languages will be preferred. Must have computer with internet connection at home. The calls including calling our existing customers/prospects with answers regarding course durations, fees and start course dates etc. No cold calling required. If you are an experienced customer support executive and want to work part-time from home by answering/making calls to customers and prospects, contact us immediately. The suitable candidate must have a minimum of 2-5 yrs of experience as TeleSales executive in a BPO/Call Center. Further training will be provided on selection.
