POSITION: Asst Manager Brand Solutions

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

We are looking for experienced sales professionals having worked in digital media ad sales having good relationship with advertising agencies and brands. Having worked in the travel domain is an added plus.

 

Skill Set:

Sound sales and operations knowledge and experience in the digital domain (Including Mobile).


Must Have:

Should have held digital media revenue targets in the past.

 

Role Description:


The Job involves anchoring all the digital media sales activities for the company. Needs to have and be able to drive lots of contacts in the industry. Needs to know and quickly get connected with all major media buying agencies to be able to liaison with them on a daily basis. Owns revenue targets and pushes for them actively. Will be needed to push internal stakeholders in the company on new inventory, solutions etc. to grow the business.

 

  1. Excellent communication Skills.
  2. Good presentation & planning skills-ability to derive & forecast annual plans for review.
  3. Understanding of the Online Industry.
  4. Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills.
  5. Good Analytical skills for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics.
  6. Focus and ability to achieve competitive revenue targets.
  7. Ability to prioritize competing demands, Willingness to travel.
  8. Flair for taking up responsibilities independently.
  9. Display of Clear leadership skills in the field.
  10. Ability to handle a team.

 

Key Points:

 

  1. Ad Sales professional with exp of 6-10 years in media sales
  2. Handled verticals like Travel, Auto, Fashion, Travel accessories etc
  3. Shares great relationships with agencies like Dentsu, IPG, Publicis, GroupM
  4. Relationship with Ad networks, publishers is a plus
  5. Equipped to sell on CPM, CPC, etc
  6. Currently working with Digital media companies like Scoop whoop, rediff.com, times internet, hungama media, groupM , Mediacom or worked in media sales for internet companies like time internet, ebay, sulekha, commonfloor etc or any digital domain media platform.

 

More Details:

 

  1. Has to have been in digital and currently working in digital
  2. Within digital let’s not go with people who would have only worked with banking insurance or tech kind of sectors. Atleast some broad fit like FMCG auto etc if not travel itself
  3. This person will need lot of energy and as selling will need lot of travel and energy that goes into it. Mumbai and Delhi market needs aggressive energy.
  4. We will need someone relatively senior as manager won’t be around for supervision and this person will need to meet senior people in tourism boards.
  5. Would go with 4-10 year experience band as well. Senior sometimes is not just measured by years of work ex. Someone with a 4 years work ex with great pedigree could be our person.
  6. Smart, presentable good communication person who is deeply networked with the agencies
