Inside Sales Representative

Newgenapps is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales representative to help our software company rapidly grow our client base. Your role will be to engage prospects through direct outreach via phone and email, and then manage a process to bring potential leads into a qualified status.

This position will require you to be highly capable in key areas:

  • Excellent phone and email communication skills, especially introductory conversations and cold-calling
  • High energy with a relentless enthusiasm for prospecting and establishing new relationships
  • Self-starter who thrives on learning new things and generating results
  • organized and detail oriented

Job Description

  • To search and generate leads through various market tools
  • Understanding their business needs and selling company’s IT Services.
  • Contacting them through emails and cold calling and set appointments and handing over to Sales Director in a consistent and organized manner


  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales
  • Experience in selling software.
  •  Call planning, cold calling, lead qualification, and time management
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Maintain strict adherence to messaging and company brand standards.


  •  Mobile reimbursement
  • 8-10 K fixed pm + incentives per closure.
