Key Account Manager
* 0 to 3 years operational experience in the ecommerce/Retail/Internet industry.
* Experience and expertise in client-facing roles.
* Excellent team management skills.
* Ability to organize operational people to achieve goals in a timely fashion.
* Great communication skills, both in Hindi and English.
* Proficient in MS Excel.
* Good to Have Exposure to business software like ERPs, Inventory systems,accounting packages or other such.
What your job will entail:
* Managing the ecommerce operations of a number of clients depending on the size of the accounts
* Ensure that all the accounts grow in revenue consistently.
* Assign work on a daily basis to the operational team and Account Executives under you
* Handle and resolve escalations
* Ensure that the orders are fulfilled smoothly by the clients’ warehouse staff
* Report on numbers to the management team and the client
Along with the salary, every quarter you will be paid commissions based on the sales if you achieve exceptional targets.
