We are looking for a talented and competitive Business Development Representative with excellent telephone sales personality skills that thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Education& Experience -

Minimum Graduationwith 1-3 years of experience in Business Development.



  • If they are working from Home - Android/iOS Phone, Laptop or Pc with Internet Connection
  • Excellent in English, Hindi, Marathi/Gujarati as well as Energetic, self-motivated, & work independently
  • Consistent towards set goals. 


Remuneration & Allowances

  • Fixed salary :Rs 4000 pm
  • Telephone allowance : Rs1000 pm
  • Variable :Per ‘Verified’ lead (to be given on monthly basis)–

Rs 50/lead for the leads from 51-100  &Rs 100/lead for every additional lead

  • Minimum Monthly Target :  50 leads (to claim Fixed, else proportionately)
  • Monthly Target :150 positive leads
