Manager - Sales & Marketing | Detailed Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

•  Develop / identify new / relevant clients & increase customer base.

•  Achieve Sales & Collection targets assigned on a quarterly and annual basis.

•  Implementing new strategy to Develop, Retain & Grow shares with each client.

•  Continuous competitor mapping by markets & categories.

•  Build relationship with clients, media buyers and agencies.

•  Ensure goals achieved on above mentioned channels.

•  Client servicing and campaign monitoring.

•  Regular sales reporting and updating CRM.

•  In conjunction with Accounts ensure that the bills are sent on time and follow-up with the clients for the payments.

 

Minimum qualifications:

 

•  BBA / BMS / B.E / MBA degree or equivalent practical experience.

 

Preferred qualifications (Optional):

 

•  2 years of experience in Sales and/or Client Servicing domain.

  • One year of prior management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel across the country to meet clients.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
  • Hard-working, persistent, and dependable.
