  1. Daily calling targets (INBOUND / OUTBOUND)
  2. Call new leads derived from different sources & creating their client Ids.
  3. Answering incoming calls and updating their comments in software.
  4. Converting enquiries by booking appointments in software & doing follow up with them till they reach in the branch.
  5. Follow up with old and new leads
  6. Use FitnessForce software to capture information regarding leads as well as facilitate lead flow by generating MIS.
  7. Provide valuable feedback & information to concerned authorities that could be helpful in converting customers from enquiry to member.
  8. Should have good convincing skills & command in English.
  9. Should be Self driven & target oriented.
