Education Program Coordinator

The Education Program Coordinator is a pivotal person who will act as a bridge between the Education department head and the teachers who teach the children on the ground. She will help teachers in polishing their classes, enhancing their skills and reviewing their work. She will also help older children by providing them individual attention so that they can be successful in their school once they return home.
Responsibilities and Duties
•         Teacher Co-ordination with supervising and mentoring
•         Regular Monitoring and evaluation of teachers’ work
•         Curriculum development and designing of worksheets
•         Teaching older children (class 6 to 10)
•         Planning for Volunteer work with children
•         Training teachers for Story-telling
•         Preparing reports

Responsible for smooth running of centres overseeing housekeeping, hygiene, distribution of provisions etc and preparing reports. In house training will be given.

30 years- 45 years

Ladies only proficiency in  computer, English, Hindi Marathi

6 days a week

Graduates preferred with background in medical social work or early childhood education preferred.
