Area Manager Job Description.

Clone Futura is a growing movement, which has empowered over 38,000+ citizens within a span of 3 years. We cater to technological needs of women and seniors; transforming their lives. We ensure that first-time internet users, especially the elders & woman, get a loving, helping hand to learn about internet. Kids also learn to Innovate, Program, & Create with Awesome Project-Based Technology Courses. We take the trainers to the kid’s, women's and senior's home and help them to open an entire new world filled with possibilities.

About the Job –

The Area Manager will be responsible for overall operations of the centre in-line with the operating guidelines issued by Clone Futura® . He/she will guide and lead the team to run centre’s operations in a targeted manner with a stipulated timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expand and manage the current Business in Entire Area.

• Act as a point of contact to the Area  Manager appointed by the Clone Futura.

• Supervision of team members in her/his area, in the matter of timeliness discharge of their duties, discipline, behaviour, decorum and personal hygiene, etc.

• Develop healthy relationship with the customers,principals,parents,students.

• To attend student’s complaints. To calm the students if they are apprehensive.

• Keep Area operations up to date and in-line with the Clone Futura® instructions, circulars and about other events.

• Schedule training programs and workshops to ensure implementations of the best work practices in the centre.

• To regularly review the current programs and plans for updating the centre for ensuring consistent growth in student  and increased profitability.

• Responsible for the day to day operations of the centre.

• Responsible for achieving the business targets with the help of Business Development executive.

• Recruiting trainer & training them.

• Business development in various regions for approaching schools, CSR Companies & different target groups

• Arranging events like summer camp, winter camps, promotional activity in schools, club & organisation to provide drill on computer education for kids , women & senior citizen and promote Clone Futura.

Prerequisite : English, Basic Computers( Internet, Ms Office) Smartphone and Tablet operations.

How you will work: You will work from home.

Training : Initial Training of 2 days will be provided at the center

Earnings : Salary (And other benefits like accommodation/travel etc. along with the split up):  Rs10,000 – Rs15,000 per month.

Additional incentive depending upon the work. Area manager will be there for a probation period of 3 months.
