Job Description :-

Responsibilities-

• Planning of various trips through the day to ensure the right order reaches the right customer at the right time. 
• Ensure the delivery cycle from planning the trip to delivery and finally closing the finances of the trip is done on time 
• Work towards having a happy team, happy customers and positive results at the end of each day 
• Follow the systems and processes to ensure that the overall Company's goals are achieved 
• Improvise the processes and the efficiency levels at all times 
• On time and correct communication between various teams in the Organisation - Managing and training the Team regarding the processes and soft skills 
• Hiring for the team and ensuring optimum utilisation of the available resources 

Candidate should have- 

• Basic computer knowledge 
• Smart and Flexible
• Communication Skills- English and Hiindi
• Local area / route knowledge
