Client Service Executive
 Plan, develop and implement strategy for expanding market, retaining customers and improving sales
 Preparation of department budget based on the annual operating plan and ensuring the expenses are within the budget
 Monitor the activities of Marketing and Sales team, extend the support in operational activities and ensure that the targets are met
 Analyze market trends, recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
Coordination with the customers to identify their business needs and ensuring the needs are catered to increased sales
 Ensuring the customer queries / complaints are addressed by the respective departments on a timely manner
Coordination with the problematic customers and streamlining the receivables from the respective customers
3.8 Visiting key customer of the organization and ensuring there is no issues (or) concerns in the business relationship
3.9 Approving documents and providing decision as mentioned in the delegation of authority
3.10 Fix the performance measures for directly reporting subordinates
3.11 Evaluate the performance measures for directly reporting subordinates
