Job Description

The Accountant shall have the overall responsibility for managing accounts for the Vector business entities. Responsibilities include:
 
-    Managing accounting systems
-    Liaising with Statutory auditors, Tax consultants for Swiss entities.

Accounting Systems

•    Manage the timely, accurate and complete accounting activities including AR, AP, banks, cash, trial balance 
•    Manage accounting department’s month close activities and schedules to meet corporate accounting  and reporting requirements 
•    Reconcile all accounts monthly including Inter Company
•    Ensure up-to-date and accurate data management in Navision
•    Booking and payment of AP (Trade, OPEX & CAPEX) & AR invoices
•    Monthly Stock reconciliations and updating in Navision

Tax, Audit & Compliance Functions

•    FS preparation including Cash Flow for Swiss entities
•    Coordinate external/ internal audits Coordinate with third party for the filling of tax returns
•    Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures and local regulations and laws
•    Quarterly VAT returns for all Swiss entities.
