  • Event participation management
  • Sponsorship management for event
  • Coordinating with speakers
  • Tele -calling and visiting customers for onboarding
  • Tie up with hotel for banquet hall/  co -working space for events
  • Arranging colleges / business school for subscription
  • Bill book management including generation, printing and filing
  • Generating Invoices, expenses /bill book management & customer database.
  • Coordination HR of Fintech companies or agency for job vacancies tie up
  • Email correspondence
  • Organizing road shows
  • Organizing promotional campaigns and marketing collateral
  • Managing Inventory for memento
  • Use of Soft wares – Online accounting- Quickbooks, Microsoft Office and business Email


Main Skills:

·       The ability to executive daily business operations on timely basis

·       Experience in using Microsoft office and books of accounts

·       Good communications skills in English - oral and written

·       The ability to meet deadlines and work in a pressurized environment

·       Systematic approach that ensure all tasks are perform flawless

·       An enthusiastic person for doing all kind of operation job and the willingness to learn from other professionals
