Job description

  • Responsible for handling customer calls and emails.
  • Handle the feedbacks and enquiries of order customers.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, feedbacks, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer's requests.
  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about products, services, receive orders, cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Make each shopper interaction smart, personalized, and connected
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service

 

Communication Skills: 

  • Very good command over English grammar
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English and if Multilingual, will be better. 
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers base.  
  • Excellent customer issue documentation skills. 
  • Good listening ability to understand customer issues very clearly and provide resolution.
  • Ability to focus on customers issues without distraction and provide resolution.
  • Ability to function independently as well as in a team. 

 

Computer Knowledge/Skills: 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft excel, Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer
  • Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the work environment.
