We are looking to hire Customer Support Executive (CSE)
Job responsibilities include:
1) Handling inbound and outbound calls so as to bolster the growth of company
2) Resolving customer complaints/queries in efficient manner
3) Collect continuous feedback from the customers who availed the service
4) Talking to new leads describing about the service
Skills Required:
1) Basic computer knowledge
2) Proficiency in English
Timings: 2 pm to 11 pm
Both Male & Female can apply
Experience: 1 Years n Above in BPO sector handling customer facing roles
Salary: 15K Fixed
