Digital Marketing Manager / Growth Hacker



Job description

  • Create measurable, scalable and innovative marketing campaigns – both offline and online – to meet goals around new customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Execute and implement pre-sales strategies to sell the products even before they are made.
  • Be a performance marketing ninja, well adept at optimizing multiple channels to lower customer acquisition cost
  • Design and drive process for ensuring relevant, quality marketing content is being prepared, and in synergy with the organic acquisition strategy
  • Use past + experimental data to choose the right channels, and deliver pertinent messaging across mediums, with clear hypothesis and measurements
  • Understand audience clusters, segment them by relevant attributes, and define an outreach program for each segment, with clear outcome goals
  • Stay in constant lookout for growth hacks, new avenues for achieving growth through innovative efforts, projects
  • Responsible for managing spends and campaigns, analyzing the results and finding ways to optimize cost of acquisition
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, product management, technology and sales to design and execute strategies for growth
  • Develop viral strategies for generating traffic and engagement

 

 

Requirements

  • Biggest impact marketing with lowest budgets
  • Hands-on experience implementing SEO, paid digital and using Google AD manager for SEM
  • Hands-on experience executing and optimizing content for landing page and email campaigns
  • Hands-on experience working with content partners, publishers and affiliates
  • Knowledge of planning email automation drip marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and optimization tools and best practices
  • Knowledge on planning budgets and forecasting spends
  • Experienced with user retention, growth and engagement on various platforms
  • Experience measuring website, email and social media results to track campaign effectiveness
  • Experience monitoring, analyzing and interpreting data across digital platforms and creating performance reports.
  • Experience with other best practices around content marketing, paid, retargeting and personalization
  • Hands-on experience implementing paid social media campaigns using ad managers (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, LinkedIn)
