Executive, Academic Support Team

Job Description:

We are looking to hire qualified professionals to be a part of our Kreedo Academic Support Team
For inspecting the preschools running the Kreedo curriculum.

The position reports to the Senior Manager, Kreedo Academic Team and will include the following
responsibilities:
1. Visiting and observing if schools are meeting the parameters set by Kreedo
2. Writing detailed observation reports based on the visits
3. Assisting the schools with Kreedo Curriculum implementation
4. Assisting Kreedo schools to identify areas of development and improvement
5. Providing guidance to the school owners to successfully implement Kreedo Curriculum
6. Undertaking wider academic team activities, as required
Requirements:
1. Any Graduation/Post-Graduation (Bachelor/Master degree in Education/ Early Childhood
Education/ Human Development will be an added advantage)
2. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
3. Multilingual:
a. Should be fairly fluent in English (Both Spoken and Written)
b. Knowing local language is mandatory
4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and Google Docs
5. Passion to raise the standards of Early Education
6. Desire to build a career in Early Childhood Education
Note: Exposure to young children in a personal/professional capacity will also be an added
advantage.
