Role
Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
Generating sales leads that develop intnew customers
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs tachieve satisfaction

Accountabilities 
Answer customer queries & update customers on their order
Identify driver pool (MBG/Ad hoch) through campaign tool. Perform initial
screening of drivers and assign them torders. Update tASE’s for further
process once assigned.
Create, maintain & close tickets in Zen desk based on workflow guidelines.
Perform timely updates tcustomers on their loads through phone calls, emails,
etc.
Spot quote loads and collect and save rate confirmations.
Track status of customer bids and ensure data is correct regarding the bids.
Create and maintain detailed excel spreadsheets ttrack loads and revenue for
each customer location.
Review pricing with Supply & Sales team
SPOC for transport partner/ driver tensure timely delivery of the goods
Initiate calls tcustomers tensure timely and accurate invoicing. Record and
prepare vendor payments in accordance with contracted terms. Ensure proper
billing of transportation and special charges. Issue debits and credits as
necessary.

Experience & Skill Sets:
Graduate Fresher in transportation/ logistics/SCM industry
Fluent in English & local language
A core thinker and multi-tasker.
Thrives under pressure and uncertainty
Comfortable in basic excel and MS office.
Good time-management skills
