JOB DESCRIPTION
Preparation of itineraries, costing of International & Domestic Packages
Maintenance of Record of customer requirements
Make hotel booking, issuing vouchers and cancellation
Make tie-ups with Hotels / Resorts and Transporters
Negotiation Skill with vendors & suppliers
Responsible for organizing, planning and conducting travel and tours for individuals and groups
Make sure that the travel runs smoothly from venue to venue without any hassle
Proven working experience as a travel Operation process
Will be part of end to end travel operations -Ticketing, Customer Related issues, Reservations, Email Management for all Travel Queries etc.
Up selling and cross selling where possible
Ability to convince customers by offering best tour package
Should be able to handle Operations-cum-sales

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Degree / Diploma in Travel & Tourism 
Basic Knowledge of computer operation
Experience in Travel & Tour Company
Should have knowledge of world geography
Excellent communication skills - fluency in English & Hindi
Good team player and minimum 2-3 years experience in travel industry.

SALARY: 3.5 l/annum
