Position: Assistant Manager

Job Description :-

• Any graduate with minimum 1 year experience working as a Team leader or Team leader for a reputed BPO or bank in Tele-collections
• Candidate must be good in both written and oral communication
• Candidate must be good in data analysis and implement telecalling strategy accordingly
• Candidate should be independent in handling the business
• Candidate should be good in presentation skills
• Candidate must have experience in handling minimum 30 to 50 resources
• Candidate must be good in Data management and should have high Excel knowledge
• Candidate must be good in team management, performance management and client management
• Candidate must be well aware of Call Center tools like CRM, Dialer, Quality etc

Qualification: Any degree

Salary : CTC Upto 35k/Month

Location: Guindy, Chennai
