Position: Assistant Manager
Job Description :-
- Any graduate with minimum 1 year experience working as a Team leader or Team leader for a reputed BPO or bank in Tele-collections
- Candidate must be good in both written and oral communication
- Candidate must be good in data analysis and implement telecalling strategy accordingly
- Candidate should be independent in handling the business
- Candidate should be good in presentation skills
- Candidate must have experience in handling minimum 30 to 50 resources
- Candidate must be good in Data management and should have high Excel knowledge
- Candidate must be good in team management, performance management and client management
- Candidate must be well aware of Call Center tools like CRM, Dialer, Quality etc
Qualification: Any degree
Salary : CTC Upto 35k/Month
Location: Guindy, Chennai
