Job Brief of HR Manager:-

The Human Resource Executive plans, directs and coordinates functions related to the organization's employees. They develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and forms assist and support department managers and employees regarding personnel issues and maintain personnel records in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements. The HR manager also oversees recruiting, interviewing and hiring of employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-

1. Monitoring all the works of subordinates.

2. Overall safety matter zone.

3. Maintaining leave record.

4. ID cards/ record keeping.

5. Salary sheet checking before making the payment and signature.

6. Daily recruitment, Salary fixation, issuing appointment letter, confirmation letter.

7. Preparing compliance documents.

8. Handling Grievance documents.

9. Preparing notice, office orders, transfer order, promotion letters.

10. Monitoring salary/ wages.

11. Developing several kind of policies I. e. Rules and Regulations of working hours, child labor, harassment and abuse, security.

12. Developing training modules and staff development policies.

13. Establish MIS system.

14. Manpower planning.

15. Developing Admin Manual/ implantation.

16. Developing internal control tools & procedures.

17. Rewards and incentives.

18. Legal knowledge.

19. Taking care of overall HR/ Admin/ compliance matters.

Experience: - 01 to 03 Years’ Experience

Offered Salary: - Negotiable
