2. Manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs.
3. Work consciously in achieving a repeatable training delivery mechanism with standardized content, offerings and delivery methodologies.
4. Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
5. Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development and delivery of training programs and strategies.
