Position: Team leader

Job Description :-

• Any graduate with minimum 1 year experience working as a Senior Associate or Team leader for a reputed BPO or bank in Tele-collections
• Candidate must be good in both written and oral communication
• Candidate must have experience in handling minimum 15 resources
• Candidate must be good in Data management and should have high Excel knowledge
• Candidate must be good in team management, performance management and client management
• Candidate must be well aware of Call center tools like CRM, Dialer, Quality etc

Qualification: Any degree

Salary :CTC Upto 25k/Month
