Job Role: - Cluster Head – Gold Loan

Roles and Responsibilities

1.  Responsible for managing cluster of JC’s and Bank branches of Gold business, Drive JC’s/bank branches for scaling volumes
2. Meet defined sales and cross-sell targets
3. Execute the marketing activities in each of our catchment areas to generate leads ( both new and existing customers)
4.  Engage with the JC staff to enhance our cross-sell on the existing customer base
5.  Focus on renewals
6.  Ensure that the JC’s have the right visibility on Gold Loan product offerings
7.  Conduct reviews on business performance (sourcing, approvals, disbursals and collections) and share information
8.  Achieve sales targets for Gold loan and cross sell business and recovery budgets
9.  Provide information as required by Customers and also attend to customer complaints and resolving them
10.  Adherence to the laid down systems and procedures in business and collections
11.  Mentor and coach the existing team members. Provide new joinee support and also educate self for higher roles
