key responsibilities
- Contacting Placement Officers of engineering colleges via email and telephone for organizing campus drives in their colleges
- Helping colleges register in Offcampus™ (www.offcampus.in) and upload their student batch
- Following up with placement officers for student registrations
- Inviting students in Offcampus™ tool for online test
- Shortlisting students in the tool based on their score
- Organizing Group Discussions (GD) and Personal Interviews (PI) in the colleges
- Conducting GD and PI – Optional, if willing to travel to colleges.
- Organizing career workshop for students – optional.
Full-time or part-time engagement.
Salary as per company norms.
The person can operate from home. The engagement with regular assignments based on performance.
