Job Description: As a Psychologist & Psychiatrist with Doctor Insta, you will be required to reduce the distress and improve the psychological well-being of clients. The work will involve interaction with clients on video calls to make positive changes to their lives and offer various forms of treatments & therapies. Ideally the job will involve work with clients of all ages on a variety of different mental or physical health problems like:
Depression
Anxiety
Alcohol abuse, Addiction
Family Conflict
Life Stresses
Relationship problems, Divorce
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
Grief, Trauma and Loss
Anger management
Chronic pain
Self-esteem
Eating disorders
Impulsivity
Personality disorders
Obsessive-Compulsive disorder (OCD)
In addition to the above, you would be required to maintain impartiality and confidentiality while dealing with the clients
Qualification: Minimum Requirements are:
MD with 3+ years of experience in Psychiatry, OR
Ph.D. with 5+ years of work experience in clinical psychology
Skills: Along with a formal education and work experience in this field, other skills that are necessary for this role are:
Ability to monitor and assess the health of individuals to make improvements or take corrective action
Sharp listening comprehension skills in order to hear out the patients and conduct effective diagnosis

Good command in English as well as in other local languages
Basic computer skills & don’t need much guidance
Fast learner because every selected candidate will go through a unique training
Inclination to service orientation – Actively look for ways to help people
Interpersonal skills to listen to patients and understand their medical struggles
Persuasion skills to convince patients to change their routine and habits
