Position Title: Manager – Workforce Planning & Deployment (East)

Reports To: Head – Workforce Planning & Deployment

Position Purpose:- Responsible for giving support to all regions in providing quality talent to internal customers

Key Accountabilities:

1. Responsible for recruitment for respective region
2. Identify, recommend & establish tie-ups with Institutions & agencies for PAN India
3. Analyse recruitment & attrition trends in the region and recommend actions
4. Source, hire and close positions as per specification within the stipulated time maintaining the optimum cost of hiring
5. Ensure process adherence
6. Ask for Requisitions, with JD and candidate specifications and with proper authorization
7. Support all regions WPD team in manpower sourcing through alternate channel
8. Maintain and track alternate sourcing channel hiring contribution
9. Keep in regular touch with all alternate sourcing agencies

Key Result Areas:

1. Build and maintain a good quality pilpline using the available resources to the optimum viz.          Job         Portals,                Walk-ins,             Advertisements,              Employee            Referrals,            Institutes, Consultants, Job Fair etc.
2. Introduce the new employee to the concerned HR for joining formalities
3. Establish relevant documentation and maintain records
4. Be proactive in assisting Line Managers with staffing requirements
5. Coordinate with Line Managers for offer rollouts and issuing Letters of Offer and Appointment to prospective applicants
6. Develop and maintain a strong rapport with employees at all levels

Salary: Between 6 LPA To 7 LPA

It Contractual Position- For 1 year Contract.
