Social Media Manager 

Looking for social media marketing executives who can get the word out and let the world know how amazing we are ! You should be Creative , Confident and Experienced . In other words , you should be able to sell Underwear ! 

Job Description 

a) Understand the voice of the brand and reflect the same across all social media platforms

b) Develop strategy to engage with end consumers 

c) Manage social media accounts on a daily basis, monitor feedback and optimize to increase engagement

d) Boost Facebook posts to increase reach to existing fans and custom audiences

e) Advertise on Social Media and plan paid campaigns across upcoming and existing social media networks

f) Use Linkedin to grow the community of professionals on our website and contribute to the growth of the userbase

g) Curate, Create and Compile excellent content that can be used across social media accounts

h) Developing an editorial calendar and scheduling updates for multiple social media accounts

i) Work on all major social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube & Google+

j) Coordinate with design team to get creatives in place for social media accounts

k) Help market the website offline to increase traffic on the website through various activities such as tie ups , promotions with colleges / restaurants etc. 

Desired Candidate Profile:

Excellent content-writing skills: one-liners, tweets, short blog posts or posts based on campaign objective.

Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Linkedin, blogs, forums

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines on time

Candidate with a background in e commerce , retail or fashion  is preferred but not necessary. Experience in managing any such brand as a part of an agency is also an add-on for this profile.
