Soft Skills & Language Proficiency Trainer

• Handling small batches of diverse crowd on different training programs
• Monitoring, Training and providing feedback to improve performance
• Train the clients via activities, role plays, interaction & different training methodologies
• Develop & implement effective training Programs & Modules
• Active participation in developing training assessments for participant evaluation
• Regularly updating training modules
• Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
• Deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individually
• Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training program

Skills Required:

• Needs to be very dynamic and passionate about training
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Good command over English Language
• Good knowledge about soft skills training
• Excellent Presentation skills
• Aware of different Training methodologies
• Should be able to train and mentor a diverse crowd
• Computer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS office

Working for any 4 days in a week

Timings: 6 PM to 8 PM

Salary: Rs. 8,000 per month
