Accountabilities

Work on technical design, development, unit testing, and release of feature specific
code
o Collaborate with other technical team members to ensure best practices and
contemporary tools/techniques tare followed with regards to design, development, and
dev ops.
o Deliver/Demo PoC on technology best practices, futuristic technologies, etc.
o Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
o Integrate with in-house and 3rd party S/W components

Measures

o Code Quality (Lower environment bugs per 1000 lines of code – as part of Unit and
SIT)
o Production defects
o <10% of design & development time to be spent towards bug fixing in the lower
environment (In other words, high quality with very low defect ratio is expected)
o 0 Critical and High priority defects expected as part of any production release
o All releases must be implemented on time/schedule except for schedule changes due
to external factors or scope changes

Experience & Skill Sets:

Graduate Fresher in computer science, information technology, computer engineering
or information system management.
o Highly Analytical, Strong on Logical Reasoning and Problem-solving skills
o Strong foundation in fundamentals: Data structure, algorithm, design patterns
o Up-to-date knowledge of technologies, Industry trends, best practices
o For programming, knowledge of one or more programming languages relevant to the
role. Java and Java scripting knowledge would be preferred.
o Some may require experience with database management systems
o Fluent in English (written & verbal)
o Good organisational and time management skills
o An ability to work to deadlines
o A good eye for details

Who can apply?

o Candidate available for full time internship (Either 2018 or 2019 pass-outs from College
&/or specified training institutes)
o Can start the internship between August 10, 2019 and Aug 20 2019
o Available for duration of 6 months
