Tellecaller - Sion
- Daily calling targets (INBOUND / OUTBOUND)
- Call new leads derived from different sources & creating their client Ids.
- Answering incoming calls and updating their comments in software.
- Converting enquiries by booking appointments in software & doing follow up with them till they reach in the branch.
- Follow up with old and new leads
- Use FitnessForce software to capture information regarding leads as well as facilitate lead flow by generating MIS.
- Provide valuable feedback & information to concerned authorities that could be helpful in converting customers from enquiry to member.
- Should have good convincing skills & command in English.
- Should be Self driven & target oriented.
