Position: Tele-Caller US Process

Job Type- Work From Home (Night Shift)

Job Brief:

We are looking for full time work from home Tele-Caller for a US Process. The candidate will need to answer phone calls received on the US companies board line and note messages, forward calls and replay messages via phone or email to company employees & carry out other administrative work when call volume is low.

Skills Required:

• Good English &communication skills
• Excellent time management and organization ability, ability work independently and dedicatedly at night from home
• Graduate
• Good Internet skills and experience in using Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel
• Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive calls coming on US clients main board line number
• Taking messages, forwarding calls and messages via email etc. to respective staff members
• Making calls as and when required
• Perform various administrative tasks as requested by the client

Job Timings: 10:30pm-6:30am (Monday – Friday)

Salary Bracket: Upto 20K
