Job role
·         Make enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company and achieve target on daily/weekly basis
·         Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
·         Management and resolve customer queries
·         Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
·         Provide product and service information to customers
·         Research required information using available resources
·         Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
·         Process forms, and application
·         Route calls to appropriate resources
·         Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
·         Recognise, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
·         Follow up customer calls where necessary
•        Upsell products and services
•        Complete call logs, reports and other duties as assigned

Job Type

Work from home - full time and part time

No of working days: 5 days a week. Leaves will be announced basis the projects. If there is a requirement to work on Indian Public Holidays, the candidates have to assist on the projects for a few hours

Shifts: On-demand between 2pm till 4am.. Hence this depends on project and candidate’s availability

Experience required Freshers too can apply but they must be comfortable in tele-calling.

Any specific skills: Must be fluent in foreign languages Spanish, German, Italian, French.

Salary structure INR 18-25k a month
