Telesales representatives to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

The goals is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Job Description:-

1. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.

2. Answering questions about products or the company.

3. Asking questions to understand customers’ requirements and close sales.

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Contacting Direct Prospects to the field sales team when needed.

2. Enter and update customer information in the database.

3. Take process orders in an accurate manner.

4. Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.

5. Go the " Extra Miles" to meet sales quote and facilitate future sales.

6. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/ customer service role.

2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.

3. Good knowledge of relevant computer program and telephone systems.

4. Ability to learn about products and services and describe /explain them to prospects.

5. Excellent knowledge of English.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Cool tempered and able to handle rejection.

8. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

9. High School/ Diploma/ B. SC/ B. A will be a plus..

Salary:- 6k+ Incentives
